Q: What are your normal service rates?
A: $75/hr
Q: If I purchase my PC elsewhere and have Your Way Consulting set it up, how much will it typically cost me?
A: $75 plus any applicable taxes
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: All major Credit Cards including: MasterCard/Visa/AMEX/Discover in our store when swiped. Onsite Technicians accept Cash or Local Checks. (Checks used for online payment will delay shipment until the check clears)
Q: Do you repair laptop/notebook computers in shop?
A: Many repairs can be done in store with stocked parts, others may require parts be ordered but rarely is there a repair we can't accomplish with the proper parts. On a laptop/notebook computer the repairs are more costly due to the time required to disasemble and reasemble the unit but many of our repairs are mainboard level and are most always a great savings over replacing the unit.
Q: Do you clean virus and spyware infections?
A: Yes! Virus and spyware cleaning is a specialty of ours. Our talented team members have great success rates at data repair and recovery also.
Q: My system is making clicking noises. Can you recover my data?
A: Examining your system is the first step but we have been able to recover data in this situation and for much less than typical data recovery teams charge.
